When the ground is cold, they seek out the sun, and when the sun gets too hot they seek shade in our garages and on our patios. In dry weather, our moist gardens and leaky sprinklers are irresistible. Children and pets are curious, and not very careful about approaching snakes. Rattlesnakes are territorial, and if not removed, may return again and again. Non-poisonous snakes, however, are harmless, and are helpful in controlling the rodent population. If you encounter any snake and would like it removed, please give Bruce a call. He is less than 5 minutes from your home.
Warm weather brings out the rattlesnakes.
