BOB PETTIT OF THE OAK PARK WATER SERVICE


Oak Park Now volunteer editor, Derek Ross highlights Bob Pettit of the Oak Park Water Service (OPWS) which is owned and operated by the Triunfo Sanitation District .  Viewers will join them on a tour of the main OPWS facility in Oak Park where Bob gives viewers an introduction to the main computer system and pump station for the Deerhill Reservoir.  Following that, they travel into the hills of Oak Park to view the actual Deerhill Reservoir while Bob discusses the importance of the major upgrades OPWS has been providing to the residents of Oak Park.  Finally, they talk about water conservation and the water patrol trucks that survey the local area to make sure that residents are in compliance with water conservation regulations.  Bob Pettit has been with OPWS for over twenty years and must be commended for his dedication to the community of Oak Park.
